Mockup of possible community blog

This is a draft of what could become a repository for flipped-class and example lectures on various topics in calculus. Any instructor could become an author and link to their own (or others') youtube videos. The videos would then be readily available for instructors to choose for use in flipped-classroom calc courses, or for students to use as references even in traditional courses.

Important: Click on "Table of Contents" to see the most useful view of the videos.

Here only three of the topics have videos but presumably there would be some ordered master list of calculus topics to put videos under, numbered as 1, 2, 3, etc so that they stay in order in the table of contents.
